Fluenta Spare Parts Web Store – Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the ordering and supply of spare parts via the Fluenta Spare Parts Web Store (“Web Store”).
1.2 By placing an order through the Web Store, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not place an order.
1.3 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
2. Eligibility and Customer Requirements
2.1 Orders may only be placed by existing Fluenta customers who provide a valid tag number, FGM-160 serial number or transducer serial number for their installation.
2.2 Fluenta reserves the right to verify order details before processing.
2.3 Orders from entities or individuals who are not verified Fluenta customers will not be processed.
3. Ordering Process
3.1 Orders must be submitted via the online order form available on the Web Store. Our sales team will then contact you with a formal quote, which must be accepted and emailed back with a signed PO before 13.00PM CET.
3.2 Orders placed between 09:00 and 13:00 CET qualify for same-day collection, subject to stock availability.
3.3 The order must include:
a) Customer details and shipping address and be accompanied with signed, dated Purchase order.
b) A valid tag number for a Fluenta installation;
c) Selection of spare parts from the available stock list;
d) Any additional requested parts under the “Other” option, which will be subject to further stock confirmation.
4. Stock Availability and Order Fulfilment
4.1 Fluenta aims to maintain stock of listed spare parts; however, availability cannot be guaranteed at all times.
4.2 Orders containing parts that are out of stock will be flagged for further review, and the customer will be notified of expected lead times.
4.3 If the requested parts are in stock, the order will be prepared for collection or dispatch.
5. Payment and Release of Orders
5.1 Orders will be marked as “Do Not Release” until full payment or a confirmed signed PO is received.
5.2 No parts will be released to a courier or made available for collection until payment or PO approval is confirmed.
5.3 Fluenta reserves the right to refuse fulfilment of any order where payment requirements are not met.
6. Collection and Delivery
6.1 If an order qualifies for same-day collection, it will be available by the end of the business day.
6.2 The customer must arrange collection or courier pickup at their own cost.
6.3 Fluenta shall not be responsible for delays once the order has been handed over to the courier.
7. Cancellations and Returns
7.1 Orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been processed for fulfilment.
7.2 Returns are only permitted for defective or incorrect parts supplied. Any return requests must be raised within seven (7) days of receipt.
7.3 All returns are subject to inspection and must be authorised by Fluenta before a replacement or refund is issued.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Fluenta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of spare parts supplied.
8.2 Fluenta’s total liability shall be limited to the value of the spare parts ordered.
9. Amendments to Terms
9.1 Fluenta reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Web Store and will apply to all orders placed thereafter.
